As those of you who read minutes will be aware I have informed the management committee that I shall be retiring as club secretary at the AGM in November. It important that this position is filled in order to keep the club functioning in an organised way and it would be very beneficial to all concerned if a volunteer could be found as soon as possible so they can shadow me for a while until November and make the changeover as smooth as possible. A REVISED JOB DESCRIPTION SIMPLIFYING THE WORKLOAD is posted in both changing rooms, on the notice board in the corridor and on the table in the main hall and if you have any questions PLEASE feel free to talk to me.
