Devizes Bowls Club affiliates to the National Governing Body and the Club recognises the policies of their Governing Body, as set in out in the Bowls England Safeguarding Bowls Policies and Guidelines.

All safeguarding concerns must be reported to Devizes Bowls Club’s Safeguarding Team for advice. These include historic allegations and concerns relating to the current welfare/safeguarding of either adults or children in bowls, whether the issue is inside or outside of the sport. The Safeguarding Officer will then be able to advise on next steps.
